On Wednesday, October 20, the Holy Father announced that 24 prelates will be created cardinals at a consistory to be held on November 20 (eve of the Solemnity of Christ the King). Among these prelates is Archbishop Raymond Leo Burke, prefect of the supreme tribunal of the apostolic signatura and Archbishop Emeritus of Saint Louis.
